- Is my wheelchair delivered fully assembled? Your wheelchair will arrive partially assembled. Upon delivery, you’ll need to attach the remaining components.
- Can I bring my wheelchair on an airplane or cruise? Absolutely. The 12AH (288WH) lithium-ion battery meets travel regulations set by major airlines and cruise lines. Prior to your trip, please contact your airline or cruise line to confirm their specific battery regulations.
- Can I manually push my wheelchair if the battery runs out? Yes, you can. The 6011 wheelchair can be operated manually. Simply turn off the power and disengage the brakes by unlocking the levers, enabling you to use it as a regular wheelchair.
- Can I disable the beeping sound when reversing my wheelchair? Certainly. To silence the beeping noise, press the (+) key on the controller until you reach the maximum speed, then hold the button down until you see the amber light in the display’s center. Quickly press the horn button to stop the beeping. Repeat these steps to restore the beeping sound if desired.
- Are the armrests adjustable? No, the armrests are not adjustable.
- How do I charge the battery? The lithium-ion battery can be charged using the joystick controller. It takes approximately 6-8 hours to fully charge an empty battery. If the battery has some charge remaining, the charging time will be shorter. Once fully charged, disconnect the charger from the battery and unplug it from the power outlet.
- Can I switch the controller to the other side of the wheelchair? Yes, the controller is initially set up on the right side of the wheelchair but can be easily moved to the left side.
- Does my wheelchair come with a warranty? Yes, the 6011 wheelchair comes with a standard warranty of 3 years for the frame, 1 year for the motor, battery, and electronic parts.

The 6011 wheelchair is equipped with a high-performance 288WH (24 volt, 12AH) lithium-ion battery. This 12AH battery is approved for air travel and cruise ships, allowing you to enjoy mobility on your journeys with a range of up to 13 miles. Charging the battery takes approximately 6 to 8 hours.
You can conveniently charge the 6011 battery using a standard home outlet. The charging specifications for the battery are AC 100 – 240 Volt, 50 Hertz, at 1.5 – 5 amperes. The wheelchair includes a standard 24V 2A charger in the package.
Range
With its efficient lithium-ion battery, the 6011 offers an ample range. The 12AH battery provides a distance coverage of up to 13 miles or 21 km. Please note that driving habits, temperature, weather conditions, loading weight, road environments, and other factors may affect the actual range.
