In the event that a product needs to be returned to the factory, the following conditions will apply:
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted.
- The dealer/customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to the factory.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.
- Upon return, Leisurecraft will inspect the product and reserve the right to determine its condition and the amount of the refund.

Additionally, it is important to provide any necessary evidence, including photographs, to support any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation. After this timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for such issues. However, even if you are unable to contact us within 48 hours, we encourage you to reach out, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. provides a warranty for their saunas against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of receipt by the original end-user consumer. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, natural weather conditions, misuse, and negligence. It covers parts only, and any service or labor costs are not included. Regular maintenance guidelines can be found in the assembly manual. The manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product.
