We promptly contact our suppliers to ensure the item is in-stock and ready for shipment. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will not charge your card and will notify you via email. If your items are available for immediate shipment within 5 business days, we will process your payment and proceed with the shipment order.

Order Shipment: If your item is available and payment is processed, your order will be shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email with your tracking information within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse. In case you do not receive the tracking information within 6 business days, please feel free to reach out to us at sales@decoralivingco.com.

Order Delivery: When it comes to freight-related issues, please note the importance of the number 48. It is crucial to sign all Bill of Lading (BOL) documents with the phrase “upon final inspection.” This phrase protects you as carriers and manufacturers often seek to limit their liability. It is essential not to sign a BOL without thoroughly inspecting the delivery, even if it appears undamaged. Additionally, it is important to provide any necessary evidence, including photographs, to support any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation. After this timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for such issues. However, even if you are unable to contact us within 48 hours, we encourage you to reach out, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
