If your items are available for immediate shipment within 5 business days, we will process your payment and proceed with the shipment order.

It is crucial to sign all Bill of Lading (BOL) documents with the phrase “upon final inspection.” This phrase protects you as carriers and manufacturers often seek to limit their liability. It is essential not to sign a BOL without thoroughly inspecting the delivery, even if it appears undamaged. Additionally, it is important to provide any necessary evidence, including photographs, to support any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation. After this timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for such issues. However, even if you are unable to contact us within 48 hours, we encourage you to reach out, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
