Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All order deliveries are somewhere between 3 – 5 business days at the maximum. Your order should arrive within that time if not earlier depending on how far you are from the product of the warehouse.

Please Note: Order processing times and order delivery times are 2 separate times. The total expected delivery time is somewhere between 4 – 7 business days. This may be longer, or shorter but will usually fall between this time frame.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@decoralivingco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. If you haven’t received your tracking code within 2-3 business days, please also contact us to receive that and ensure your order has been successfully placed.

We do not offer shipping outside of the US at this time. Please check back for future changes to this as we look to expand.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original box and condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@decoralivingco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please be aware, for the most part we are quite lenient and will not be unreasonable, so don’t worry about us being difficult, we are very forgiving here at Decora Living Co as your satisfaction is essential to us.
