It is essential not to sign a BOL without thoroughly inspecting the delivery, even if it appears undamaged. Additionally, it is important to provide any necessary evidence, including photographs, to support any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation. After this timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for such issues. However, even if you are unable to contact us within 48 hours, we encourage you to reach out, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
