Our Return and Refund Policy

Please Note: Some product-specific Refunds will different from our General Return and Refund Policy Information outlined in this Policy Page due to different supplier Return Policies. We strive to provide you with the best Customer Support and where possible will allow and accommodate as many Return and Refunds as we possibly can.

We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, so we offer a 30-day return policy for your convenience. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that you include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@decoralivingco.com. Kindly note that returns must be sent directly to the supplier, but don’t worry, we’ll provide you with the necessary information to facilitate the return process. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please remember that we cannot accept any returns that have not been requested in advance.

Please be aware that our return policy applies only to items shipped within the US. If you have received any items outside the US, kindly contact sales@decoralivingco.com immediately for further assistance.

Damages and Issues:

We strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at sales@decoralivingco.com. It’s important to provide us with detailed information, including order numbers, invoices, receipts, boxes, and photographs, so that we can address the issue promptly and find a suitable solution.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We are also unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns or questions about a specific item, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get the desired product is to initiate a return for the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at sales@decoralivingco.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
